SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our atelier in Spain.

We process orders Monday through Friday.
 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 24 business hours to process your order. After that, it will take :

-Spain: 24 business hours.

(Spanish islands : 48-72 business hours.)

-UK and rest of European Countries : 72 business hours. 

-USA /Canada and Mexico :2-5 business days.

-Rest of the World: 2-6 business days.

We ship all our orders by UPS.



Will I be charged taxes and customs?

-Buyers from the European Union: Completely exempt from import tariffs, fees and taxes.
-Buyers from the Rest of the World: Purchases may be subject to import tariffs, fees and taxes that will be exclusively the responsibility of the buyer, and the selling company will not be responsible for these.
