When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our atelier in Spain. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday.
Custom made items can’t be returned
NOTE: With the new outbreaks of covid, transport companies are more saturated, the processing time of orders has increased, because transport companies take longer to collect orders, since they are overloaded with work. We are doing our best to get it picked up as soon as possible.
The customer must provide us with a correct and complete delivery address. If this is not the case, we are not responsible for the attributable delays. In this case, if the transport company returns his order, the customer will not be able to cancel his order. The customer must again provide us with a complete and valid address to receive his order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 6-9 business days for delivery.)

Will I be charged taxes and customs?
Prices displayed on our site are tax free, which means you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once you receive your order.
